In the center – the relief image of bliny (pancakes), an essential attribute of Maslenitsa celebrations, beneath – the clay pot filled with sour cream and a wooden spoon therein; at the top – the relief image of the sun and snowflakes symbolizing the meeting of the winter and the spring; on the left and on the right – relief elements of Belarusian national ornament; and at the bottom – a circumferential inscription: МАСЛЕНІЦА (MASLENITSA).
