In the center – the relief portrait of Napoleon Orda, an outstanding artist, composer, and publicist, against the background of bow lines and scattered musical notes; and at the bottom – circumferential inscriptions engraved in two lines: 1807–1883 and НАПАЛЕОН ОРДА (NAPOLEON ORDA).
