On the flag – emblem of the Belarussian Federation of trade unions "ФПБ"; to the left from the column – relief effigy of the Palace of trade unions in Minsk; beneath – inscription "100 ГОД" (100 YEARS); within a circle at the top – inscription "ПРАФСАЮЗНАМУ РУХУ БЕЛАРУСІ" (BELARUSSIAN TRADE UNION MOVEMENT).
