In the center - the image of a flowering cherry tree, the trunk of which is entwined with moire ribbon of the order of Patriotic war of 1st degree; at the bottom in a circle the inscription: 70 ГАДОЎ ПЕРАМОГІ (70 YEARS OF THE VICTORY).
