In the center - the Emblem of the Bank of Russia (the two-headed eagle designed by I.Bilibin, lower - the semicircular inscription - "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA) framed by a circle of dots and inscriptions along the rim: at the top - "ТРИ РУБЛЯ" (THREE RUBLES), at the bottom - the date "2000", the letters to the left indicate the metal sign and the fineness, to the right - the fine metal content and the mint trade mark.
Reverse
The pictures of architectural monuments of the palace and park ensemble of the Tsarskoye Selo: to the left - the Cameron's Gallery, in the center - the Catharine Palace, to the right - the palace church, at the bottom, near a water body and a bench, against the background of some trees, - figures of a man and two women bearing the dress of the XVIIIth century. The inscription at the top along the rim in three lines: "г. ПУШКИН (ЦАРСКОЕ СЕЛО) XVIII в." (PUSHKIN [TSARSKOYE SELO]) XVIIIth century).
