In the center – the relief image of two penguins (enameled in 3 colors: black, white, and orange) against a stylized map of Antarctica; on the left – a circumferential inscription: МІЖНАРОДНЫ ПАЛЯРНЫ ГОД (THE INTERNATIONAL POLAR YEAR); on the right – geographical coordinates of the location of Belarusian scientists – Antarctic explorers; and at the bottom – the representation of the wind rose.
