Description:
Obverse
Within the circular geometric ornament – the relief of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus; beneath – year of issue; fine silver content and alloy standard; inscriptions along the rim – at the top: "РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ" (REPUBLIC OF BELARUS), at the bottom: "ДВАЦЦАЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ" (TWENTY ROUBLES).
Reverse
In the center – the relief effigy of an entrance to a cell and of the cross of Euphrasinya of Polatsk which is an invaluable Belarusian sacred object (gold); in the left–hand part – the inscription "ЕЎФРАСІННЯ ПОЛАЦКАЯ 900 ГОД" (EUPHRASINYA OF POLATSK 900 YEARS); in the right–hand part – the relief effigy of a figure of Euphrasinya of Polatsk.
