Obverse

Reverse
Relief image of the monument to the liberators of Riga in Riga. There are inscriptions: “РИГА” (RIGA) framed by two stars along the circumference on top, “15 ОКТЯБРЯ 1944 г.” (15TH OF OCTOBER 1944) horizontally at the bottom.
