In the central part of the coin disc - three masonry arches on two columns, in the aperture of central arch - the relief image of the main facade of the building of the A.S. Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts in Moscow, in the aperture of the right arch - figures of two warriors from the Taman stele of the Bosporus Kingdom, in the aperture of the left arch - the colored fragment of the painting by S. Botticelli "Annunciation" (Archangel Gabriel), above at the rim, in the background of a wall - the inscription: "100 ЛЕТ" (100 YEARS), under it - a palm twig, on bottom on the matted segment with a geometric ornament along its upper edge - the inscription in three lines: "ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫЙ МУЗЕЙ ИЗОБРАЗИТЕЛЬНЫХ ИСКУССТВ ИМ.
