(2013), to the right – the fine metal content and the mint trade mark.
Reverse
In the centre of the disc on the mirror field – the relief portrait of Kulakova G.A. in sports uniform raising in salute gesture here right hand with ski pole hanging on it, to the right – skis in the vertical position, to the left along the rim – the semicircular inscription: "ГАЛИНА КУЛАКОВА" (GALINA KULAKOVA) divided by the little figure of a lady skier.
