The picture of the Coat of Arms of Moscow with George the Victorious sitting on the horseback and spearing the winged dragon. The inscription at the top along the rim: «850-ЛЕТИЕ ОСНОВАНИЯ МОСКВЫ» (850TH ANNIVERSARY OF MOSCOW).
