On the reverse in the inner circle there is the image of the emblem of the XVI Annual Session of the Parliament Assembly OSCE in Kyiv, in the outer circle there is the circumferential legend: XVI ЩОРІЧНА СЕСІЯ ПАРЛАМЕНТСЬКОЇ АСАМБЛЕЇ ОБСЕ (XVI Annual Session of the Parliament Assembly of the OSCE).
