Description:
Obverse
Head of King Carl XIII facing right. Legend around rim.
Reverse
Crowned shield with the Three crowns of Sweden within circular Seraphim Order Chain. The Crown has a radiant star above its tip. Around the rim is the King's motto. Date is below, above a line, at both sides of the chain. The presence of these Arms indicates that the gold for the coin was obtained at the Dalarna Mines.
