Description:
Obverse
On the obverse is a detail of the work entitled "El carro de heno" (The hay wagon), made around 1515 by El Bosco. The work is conserved in the National Museum of the Prado, in Madrid. Surrounding the motifs of the work, on the upper right side and in a descending circular direction, appears the legend EL BOSCO.
Reverse
On the reverse side, a detail of the work entitled "Las tentaciones de San Antonio Abad" (The temptations of San Antonio Abad), made around 1490 by this same author, is also reproduced in the Museo Nacional del Prado, in Madrid. In the upper central part of the coin and in a circular direction, the legend SPANISH MUSEUMS TREASURES is shown.
