Obverse
This coin reproduces on his obverse an interpretation of the oil "Galarina" (1944-1945), magnificent portrait of Gala, his muse, for which he felt deep admiration and, which is preserved, like the rest of the paintings reproduced in this collection - except for the oil "The Temptation of San Antonio" -, in the Fundació Gala-Salvador Dalí, in Figueres (Girona).
Reverse
The reverse side of this coin reproduces the central scene of the oil painting "Tristán e Isolda" (1944), a legend of medieval origin that refers to the story of two lovers, whose impossible love attracted Dalí's attention.
