Description:

On the obverse is depicted the bust of His Majesty the King Don Juan Carlos, on the Flag of Spain, in whose upper band the royal crown is visible.
Reverse
The reverse reproduces an allegorical image of Spain embracing the Constitution, work of Ponciano Ponzano, which appears in the frontispiece of the Congress of Deputies, In the lower part of the coin, the Necklace of the Insigne Order of the Golden Fleece.
