In the center – relief of Grodno’s panorama from an engraving of 16th century; in the top left–hand part – relief of the Coat of Arms of Grodno; inscriptions along the rim – at the top "ГРОДНА" (GRODNА) and at the bottom "ГАРАДЫ БЕЛАРУСI" (BELARUSIAN CITIES).
