Upon its breast on a shield - a knight in the cloak sitting on the horseback slaying a dragon toppled over and trampled by the horse), above - the semicircular inscription along the rim: "РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ" (THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION) framed on both sides by ornamental elements of doubled rhombuses, inscriptions in the lower part of the disc, to the left of the heraldic eagle - indicating the precious metal and its fineness, to the right - indicating the fine metal content and the mint trade mark, on bottom at the edge - the horizontal inscription: "100 РУБЛЕЙ" (100 RUBLES) and the date: "2014 г."
