Reverse
A figure of a young woman symbolizing the appearance of Russia, to the right - a fairy-tale bird -maiden Sirin (personage of old Russian popular prints), in the background - outlines of the geographic map of the Russian State. The inscription at the bottom along the rim - "РОССИЯ НА РУБЕЖЕ ТЫСЯЧЕЛЕТИЙ" (RUSSIA ON THE THRESHOLD OF MILLENNIUMS).
