On the mirror field of the disc in the centre, against the background of contours of running tracks of a stadium - the Logotype of the Universiade (inscription in four lines: "UNIVERSIADE KAZAN 2013 RUSSIA", made by prints of different sizes with five asterisks under it) and the Emblem of the Universiade (stylized graphic image of a tulip) located to the left of the Logotype, above - contour outlines of a city with cupolas of cathedrals and minarets; on the strip along the rim formed by the concentric line - inscription going from the left down to the right: "XXVII ВСЕМИРНАЯ ЛЕТНЯЯ УНИВЕРСИАДА 2013 ГОДА В Г.
