(2008), to the right - the fine metal content and the mint trade mark.

On the silver disc - the scroll with the image of fragment of premises of the Expedition of Storing State Papers, on it, to the left above - the right-angled gold mounting depicting the 25-Rubles banknote of 1818 issue year, on it, in the lower left corner- indications of metal and its fineness: "Au 999", in the right corner - the indication of fine metal content: "4,66", to the right of the mounting - the portrait of the first head of the Expedition A. Betancourt, under it - the inscription: "А. БЕТАНКУР" (A. BETANCOURT); the inscriptions along the rim, on top: "ЭКСПЕДИЦИЯ ЗАГОТОВЛЕНИЯ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫХ БУМАГ" (THE EXPEDITION OF STORING STATE PAPERS), below: "УЧРЕЖДЕНА В 1818 г." (FOUNDED IN 1818).
