Reverse
To the left — a portrait of Nicolai I in an oval, lower — the facsimile signature of the Emperor, to the right — a scroll with inscriptions in six lines: «УКАЗЪ ОБЪ УЧРЕЖДЕНИИ СБЕРЕГАТЕЛЬНЫХЪ КАССЪ» (DECREE ABOUT FOUNDING THE SAVINGS-BANKS), «30 ОКТЯБРЯ 1841 ГОДА» (OCTOBER 30, 1841).
