In the lower part of the disc - the mint trade mark. In the upper pan of the ring - the inscription along the rim: "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA), in the lower one - the year of issue "2002", to the left and to the right - stylised twigs of plants going over to the disc.
Reverse
In the centre - the emblem of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the inscription along the rim "МИНИСТЕРСТВО ЮСТИЦИИ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ" (THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION).
