In the centre of the disc in a cartouche – the colored image of the Rostov Kremlin, inscriptions along the rim – above: "СИМВОЛЫ РОССИИ" (SYMBOLS OF RUSSIA), below: "РОСТОВСКИЙ КРЕМЛЬ" (ROSTOV KREMLIN).
