Reverse
On the mirror field of the disc in the foreground – the relief image of the Mysic and Drama Theatre on the Arat Square in the city of Kyzyl, in front of it – the Buddhist temple, to the left of them – the house of the republican Parliament (the Great Khural), behind them in the background of mountains – urban blocks. The composition is framed by a figured line similar to the inner outline of a yurta; along the rim – the inscription: "100-ЛЕТИЕ ЕДИНЕНИЯ РОССИИ И ТУВЫ И ОСНОВАНИЯ Г.
