Reverse
In the cartouche, to the right against the background of the memorial house - the image of P.I. Chaikovsky, below - the inscription in two lines: "ДОМ ЧАЙКОВСКОГО В ВОТКИНСКЕ" (CHAIKOVSKY'S HOUSE IN VOTKINSK), above on the matted cartouche with ornament - the eight-beam solar sign and inscription along the rim: "УДМУРТИЯ" (UDMURTIYA).
