The picture of a submarine cruiser and the St. Andrew's flag, the inscriptions along the rim: at the top on a ribbon - "300-ЛЕТИЕ РОССИЙСКОГО ФЛОТА" (THE 300TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE RUSSIAN FLEET), at the bottom - "ПОДВОДНЫЙ КРЕЙСЕР" (A SUBMARINE CRUISER), to the left - the mint trademark, to the right - the date "1996".
