Reverse
Sailing-ships in the Battle of Gangut; to the left above them - a portrait of Admiral-General Fedor Apraksin and the semicircular inscription under it - "Ф.М. АПРАКСИН" (F. M. APRAKSIN). The inscriptions along the rim: at the top on a ribbon - "300-ЛЕТИЕ РОССИЙСКОГО ФЛОТА" (THE 300TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE RUSSIAN FLEET), at the bottom - "ГАНГУТСКОЕ СРАЖЕНИЕ - 1744 г." (THE GANGUT SEA BATTLE 1714).
