The inscriptions along the rim: at the top - "АНСАМБЛЬ ДВОРЦОВОЙ ПЛОЩАДИ" (THE ENSEMBLE OF THE PALACE SQUARE), at the bottom in two lines - "САНКТ-ПЕТЕРБУРГ XVIII-XIX вв." (ST.
