The inscriptions along the rim framed by a circle of dots: at the top — «3 РУБЛЯ 1993 г.» (3 RUBLES 1993), at the bottom — "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA).
Reverse
In the center - a modern football player with a ball, to the left - the emblem of the Russian Olympic Committee, to the right - two football players of the early 20th century, the inscriptions along the rim: at the top - "ОЛИМПИЙСКИЙ ВЕК РОССИИ" (THE OLYMPIC CENTURY OF RUSSIA), at the bottom - "ФУТБОЛИСТЫ В ИГРАХ V ОЛИМПИАДЫ" (FOOTBALL PLAYERS IN THE FIFTH OLYMPIC GAMES).
