Constantinopolis helmeted, enthroned facing, head right, holding sceptre with right hand and with left hand turned upwards a small winged Victory on globe itself holding wreath in right hand, right foot on prow left; in left field, a star.
Officina mark ending the lettering and mintmark in exergue.
