The portraits of King Carol I and General Ștefan Fălcoianu, the founding father of the Superior War School, the inscriptions “Carol I” and “St.Falcoianu” in an arc and the institution’s logo; “UNIVERSITATEA NATIONALA DE APARARE CAROL I” and its motto “LABOR IMPROBUS OMNIA VINCIT” inscribed on the outer ring.
