In the middle, the reproduction of the bell gifted by the Prince Vasile Lupu; aside, Romania's Coat of Arms and the face value "500 LEI"; above and below are engraved the inscription "ROMANIA" and the year of issue "2004".
Reverse
The scale model of Sf. Trei Ierarhi Church in Iaşi with its name engraved below; in the upper part, the inscription "MONUMENTE DE ARTA FEUDALA CRESTINA" is engraved circularly; below the image of the church, the inscription "SF. TREI IERARHI IASI"; on the lower part, the years "1639-1904-2004" marking 365 years since the building and 100 years since the second hallowing of the church.
