Reverse
Centrally, against the background of the sea, a stylized image of the ORP "Lublin". Above the ship on left, an inscription: OKRĘT TRANSPORTOWO-MINOWY, and below ship, an inscription "LUBLIN". At the bow of the ship designer's monogram.
