He is surrounded by the inscriptions DIDYSIS LDK ETMONAS KONSTANTINAS OSTROGIŠKIS (The Grand Hetman of the GDL Konstantinas Ostrogiškis), ORŠOS MŪŠIS (The Battle of Orsha), and the anniversary year of the battle – 500.
