In the top right-hand quarter is a heraldic castle on a heraldic sea. In the bottom two quarters there is a cocoa tree and a mine shaft. In the center of the cross is a lion. Over the shield is a five-pointed star. “Freedom and Justice” on a scroll under the shield. Two eagles are holding the shield and scroll.The eagles have a star on their neck.
