Description:
Obverse
In the foreground, La Semeuse, hair in the wind escaping from the Phrygian cap, holds on her right shoulder a bag slung over his shoulder. In the background, we observe the sun illuminating the sower of its rays, the year 2008 and the acronym RF. The author, Joaquin Jimenez, has inscribed the different ones and his logo on the right of the piece.
Reverse
Two branches, one of oak, one of Laurel, surround the face value of the piece, € 5 while subtly recalling the acronym of the euro. These branches are encircled by the values of France, Freedom Equality Fraternity, as well as by the very clear representation of the French Hexagon.
