In the upper arch and in two lines, you can see the legend of the event that is celebrated "AÑO POLAR INTERNACIONAL 2007-2008". The main field presents the logo of the Organization of the International Polar Year and the denomination "5 PESOS". In the exergue reads the year of coinage "2007".
