Obverse
In the field in the top center of the National Shield, with two shields at the bottom of the cities of Parana and Santa Fe, and perimeter legend "Argentina Republic" at the top, and between points lower legend "National Constitution ".
Reverse
In the Outfield book Our Constitution represented, with tape on leaf left and right the first words of the Constitutional Preamble, "We the representatives of the People ..." under the $ sign and value. Edge legend in upper semicircle "National Constituent Convention" and lower between points "25. V. 1994". Date on which the sessions of the Constituent National Convention began.
