Obverse
Armored bust of King Frederik IV with curly hair facing right. The king wears a necklace with the pendant of the Order of the Elephant. Legend divided by hair above.
Reverse
Crowned big three-parted shield with arms of Denmark, Sweden and Norway. The shield is encircled by two chains, one made by a series of crowned W and crowned King's monograms alternated; the second made by alternated towers and elephants, with a big pendant of the Order of the Elephant at low that also divides date in legend.
